clicking noise as front wheel turns on A4...

Hello,

I have noticed over the last week that a clicking is heard as my front right wheel goes round. Its speed related so at 20mph its a stady click, and gets faster up to 40 mph when it disappears. It sounds exactly liek a stone beiing jammed int he tyore but there is no stone......any ideas?

sound's like it could be one of the CV joint's.i had the same problem so i replaced both inner and outer to be sure and the noise went. it's an easy DIY job too.

Turned out to be a loose wheel nut! doh!!
