98 A4 Avant Exhaust Options

Hi all,

The backbox on my 1.8 n/a avant is falling apart and needs replacing. The rear bumper is blatently designed for the twin-pipe turbo/v6 backbox so I wouldn't mind 'filling the void' somewhat.

Does anyone know for sure if a 1.8T/v6 backbox (OE or aftermarket) would physically fit and reasonably line up with the n/a system so that my exhaust people could performal minimal work to install?

edit: and more importantly, if the saloons and avants share the same exhaust? if not, what are the differences?

I can't see why a turbo back box wont fit the only thing to make sure is that it is not a Quattro box as this will be way different and so are the V6 range back box.
