Will ET38 18" 8J Fit my S4?

I'm looking at some wheels that are 18" 8J ET38 112x5 stud patern with tyres that are 225/40 will these fit on with no work involved? it does say they are for a A4/A6 but i just wana check. also will they change my speedo because i'm going from 17" with 225/45

They'll fit fine.

Speedo won't be affected, as the difference in rolling diameter is very minimal.

225/45x17 - 634mm
225/40x18 - 637mm

So, just 3mm difference (0.47%).
