How do I replace the rear window brakelight bulbs? (Saloon)

Got my new (to me lol) 1999 A4 2.5TDI saloon and the heater plug light has been flashing since I got it, just noticed one of the 4 brake bulbs in the rear window is gone, how do I get into it to change it, from the top (looks a tight fit) or below to change the bulb and see if the heaterplug light stops flashing.

IIRC you will need to remove the rear speaker tray, you will have better access i think guide
