Removing B pillar trim?

Want to paint mine gloss black like on the later cars as it looks nicer.

How do they fit? How do I get them off without doing them or the car any damage?

There's a screw either side about half way up the trim, tucked behind the door rubber, and then there's another 2 underneath the the rubeer trim that sits it the bottom of the trim. Easy job for once!
