what Vagcom and were can i buy cheap? ebay?

would anyone know what vagcom i need for 1997 18t A4 engine AEB

Ebay cable will be fine, and the freeware version will be suuficient until you get used to it etc as the AEB doesnt need anything more complicated TBH
