just collected this,

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=220405991674

40+ mile drive home and it drove fine, engine sounds mint, lots of clunking from arms though, not sure what he meant by whining from box? seemed fine to me
question now is what should i do with it?
i reckon i could get it mechanically sound using parts ive already got + £50-100 to service / tidy it up, but would i make any profit?

or should i just break it? engine and turbo must be worth most of what i paid for it

what do you reckon fellas:shrug:

Engine and turbo worth more than you paid Kev .

I would stick her together and she is a 1000 car everyday IMO

A very unusal colour too, not quite kingfisher by the looks

I am waiting for a quatty so go silly cheap so i can get some damn traction

for a split second i thought it had the S4 Alcantara seats, lol

it is kingfisher, came with original receipt, original owner paid £381+vat for the walnut dash option!!!!!!!! 2nd thing to be removed after 'the fast and the furious' seat covers

You did well there. I very much enjoy my 1.8t, even more so since I learnt not to drive like a pussy and actually do over 3000rpm in second and third...

Get her in good shape, then sell her complete.

Parting cars these days isn't as profitable as it once was.
