what is a 1.8t CAT worth with about 70k on it?

6 mnths ago, i made £45 on one, the guy was gonna weigh it in

I only paid £20 for it so was happy as it was no use to me and a new pattern part can be had for around £70 anyway IIRC so why would someone buy a used non warrenteed part all be it OEm when new isnt much more.

Maybe not the answer you wanted, but thats the chance you take on the 'bay, i didn't lose so all good

Probably not as good as OE, but then for the price....

Take it to a scrap dealer mate, you'll get more from him for it than you will from ebay, simply due to the cost of new ones.

I spoke to a CAT scrap guy some time ago who advised that the cheap ones willl do the job but will not last like OEM units due to the contents on the CAT.

OEM CAT's are worth way more than cheap CAT's for scrap and are better all round.

Last bunch of MB cats we took for scrap we got between £10 and £20, and these were pretty big cats. We looked around and everyone said the same.
