My S4 up for sale

Shame to sell her!

Your price is very realistic too, if I was in the market for an S4, just the type to buy - unmodified.

thanks guys :( still got the other 2 to keep me busy though :)

mate, if i had the spare cash i would be very very intrested, nice s4!! maybe in a year or two... :blackrs4:

Deserves a good home. If a buyer turns up wearing a baseball cap or below the age of 25, close the door on him!

Good luck mate.

Im only just 21! guess thats why i cant afford it atm, insurance would be a killer!!! already paying close to £3000 third party on a 1.8t quattro....

£3k? wow whats the car worth?

£3k? wow whats the car worth?

bought 6 months ago for just under 3k, but i have only been driving for 11 months so its really high.

well worth it though, was paying close to that on a mk1 golf cabrio so thought why not... better than a ****** 106 or saxo..lol

i was 21 and was only paying 800 for my S4 last year..

Thats very true.. you have good taste

i think its more to do with the fact that i have only 11 months driving experience as most 21year olds have a maximum of 4! all i can do is keep paying and hope the price goes down sometime soon!!!

3k!!!! wot insurance company you with? admiral are pretty good, im 24 been driving for 2 years with 1 year no claims an im payin 1k for my S4. wot helps more? your age or driving experience? anyone know any good but cheap companys.

nice S4 though mate!

I found Elephant (part of Admiral group) very reasonable (if you want to keep things stock). I'm only 21, 3 years driving, 1 years NCB and I'm paying 1k fully comp.

Perhaps worth saving all this for another thread guys?

Back OT, I've seen this car and it really is a sweet motor in great condition.

If anyone is interested in buying it but worried about insurance costs, they should try specialist brokers such as Noel Dazely or Adrian Flux. There's a very good chance they'll be able to beat all the 'high street' insurers (ie: anyone on a comparison website like Confused), especially for young drivers or those with low no claims.

Nice S4 same as my one :) almost everything is same exp the rims and the exh system as my one is totally standard :arco:and 76000 miles  I might sell my S4 soon too due I left my job :(

don't forget the

Hotchkis Extreme ARBs with RS2 droplinks
and Eibach lowering springs

totally transformed the cars handling!

still for sale...

I have updated the ad with a bit more information

got someone coming to look on Friday - still keen for it to go to an ethusiast if possible so give me a shout if any of you lot are interested :)

Good luck with the sale mate, looks good :)

Shame mate. I may be going down the same road as you, but only as stinky is becoming a bit of a money pit.. I think I may get an Astra Van :O) may still lurk around the ole' forum though :O)

Hope she went to a good home, Fraser, she looked a very well looked after example.

How much did she go for in the end?
