...does anyone here know if a 1998 1.8t A6 will have the same problems i had with my A4 on 18x8.5 ET20 wheels?

any help appreciated, posted on the A6 bit too, jsut wandered if any of you guys knew...

Thanks

Would have thought so. ET20 is a massive offset. Most Audi/VW wheels have ET35-ET45 as standard.

8,5"x18" ET20 won't fit your A6.

The lowest offset on an A6 is 30, on an 8,5"x18" wheel, and that's on a V8-engined model, which have wider fenders as standard.

ET20 will rub on even these models.

I can do a trade with you for those wheels, I have a set of 2000 S8 wheels, these are 8,0"x18" ET48. At lease, you can space them out as far as you like, unlike if they stick out too far: you can't remove material from the wheels to make them fit.

No tyres.

Do your wheels come with tyres?

If yes, they can be transferred over.

siena, im after a set of those! if jimmy midnight doesnt want them, could i call first dibs?

Nick, that's no problem.

No worries, Jimmy.

Nick, you have first refusal.
