Just thought some of you guys might be interested in the new Turbosmart Kompact series I saw. It is a direct replacement for your bosch diverter and allows you to vent to the atmosphere and your ecu. It utilizes a 60/40 split and is fully adjustable by hand. Best part is that it will fit perfectly under your valve cover(S4) or in your cramped engine bay(A4). I think it is pretty cool.

has anyone fitted one of these to their 18t, how good are they? would like to hear that woosh, but dont wana screw up the readings to the ecu? are they any good

I have the GFB Hybrid which looks almost identical to that BOV and does the same, doesn't screw up your ECU at all so for those of you who are worried about that, you don't have to worry, it won't mess anything up. I am curious as to what it sounds like though....

I think that the GFB needs to be adjusted using washers. The Turbosmart unit is fully adjustable by hand. Which is nice, considering how much of a pain in the *** to get to the BOV/div

well that will depend on how much boost you are running. I'll just say that it isn't extremely loud, but it will get some attention.

in my opinion - it will sound like an rs escort or a remualt 19! Stay with aftermarket valves like forges closed loop.im selling 2 in the marketplace.

Will forge or other aftermarket DV's fit under the bi turbo cover or do you have to completely remove it? Also can anyone send me detail's and/or pic's on how to fit them. Any help would be appreciated, thank's.
