Wanting to service brakes, which to go for, Audi or Uprated Parts?

Popped into local Audi stealers on way home to get quote on brake parts for car, infact I asked for front discs, pads and springs and back discs and pads. I want to replace the lot due to the parts being general motor factor parts and they suck. So was quoted ₤214 initially and then was offered a 15% discount making it ₤182.

So should I take this route or get better front end brakes for the money (Can afford to pay lil extra for other make front pads and discs) and go vag parts for the rear?

For the disks i would just use motorfactors parts, its just a lump of steel.

The pads are what make the difference. Cheap pads will be crap.

Get some Mintex 1144's or Ferodo DS2500's on there.

The mintex pads are around 70 quid, the disks will be around 20-30 each from the factors.

i just had mine done and got OEM quality from europarts £95 for front disc and pads.
