can you do this? im trying to swap ecu,s over and dont fancy going to audi to get them to do it so can you do it this way so the new ecu works fine?
remove/dissable immobiliser?

nah IMMO2 cant be disabled.
You might be able to get the ECU itself fiddled with to remove the immo parts, but i suspect if your going to pay someone to do that, you'd be easier just paying someone to swap the eeprom.
