3k til 100,000. Any major service tips guys?

Why replace anything until you have a plume of blue out the back? Mine is still original on 180K. Just keep on top of oil and cam belt/waterpump.
 
Like he said. Just keep doin it at the right time with the right parts, mine's just clicked past 130k and all is sweet!
 
I'd also check the oil pressure.. if it's low then I'd check the oil pump pick-up strainer and the oil pump for any issues as no oil = dead engine.
