would say no, mainly cos they'd say so in ad as it would be more desirable
also 1.8tqs came with half leather as standard and didnt get arm rest as standard

I'd say no.
The dashboard sticker is too big, its some other stuck on thing. 1.8TQS had white dials and a half leather interior as standard, and while it might have been possible to specify full black leather, i doubt they'd have deleted the dials
Also mycarcheck.com says The vehicle X48HTD, a Audi A4 1.8t Sport Auto (4 Door Saloon), whereas if we check a real quattro:The vehicle A20AWK, a Audi A4 2.5 Tdi Quattro Auto (Estate)
The way you'd tell otherwise is to simply look under the car for the rear differential. But my moneys on it not being a quattro.
