Synthetic.
I use Mobil One, but there are others. It's not just the fact that it's synthetic that makes it great; you need to change it often.

I'm having a full service tomorrow including cam belt tensioners etc. I'm at 75000 is there anything else you would reccomend changing whilst the front end is off the car? also how long should i leave before my next oil change? Thanks again.
