Fitting a quick shift?

Got myself a quickshift kit for £20. Problem is the guy didn't have any instructions. Apparently it's the same as the B&M but I can't find any instructions.

Anybody got a PDF of the fitting instructions?

Well I looked for you mate, I've found it previously but it seems B&M have removed the pdf files from their website, cos they used to list all their installation guides, even peoples links to various places on forums don't work anymore, how queer!
