Plastic Trim Removal

Quick question i need to remove the plastic trim that is on the pillar between the front door and windscreen is there anything i shuold be aware of before doing this, any quick ways? As im going to be doing this under low light i want all the help i can get.

Of what its the normal bit ok its not plastic and has some cloth on it but its the cover bit thingy.

ahh i miss read.. i just pulled my trim and it came off.. clipped back on with no dramas.

Get something like a flat blade screwdriver under the edge, fingers in, and puuuuulllllllllll
