As per question really?

I have had a quote for new units from that audi breaker on ebay for £120 delivered is that a good price or not?

£214 delivered, for brand new units.

Or of course, you're welcome to collect, at £199.75 the pair.

Andy, the actual cutout is still there on the non HID lights as i mounted my ballasts there too. OE hids use DS2 bulbs iirc, so if you have a H7 kit go non OEM HID.

mine has a recess for the ballast anyway cant really see the benefit ongoing for the HID version, i have a pic of the ballast under the headlamp if u want

Thats the kit i have i have bulbs for H4 bi-xenon and H7 bulbs.

So should i go for the cheaper ones then?

So can I buy the normal 1-peice A4 ones, the cheaper ones, and swap my xenons, ballasts etc from the 2-peices already on my S4?

Looking at the ones joost posted from allparts.

Not sure if the cheaper ones above are real Valeo lamps...

Xenons say genuine, but the halogen ones dont...

Stapo, you should be able to fit the projector and ballast etc from your pre-facelift lamps to a halogen set, but its quite a bit of hassle to take the lamps apart!

I would be tempted to buy the xenon ones above, and buy a D2S bulb/ballast kit from hids4u, should work out quite cheap, assuming they are real valeo lamps!

I got my one piece halogen units from Allparts, both valeo units. Got the levelling motors from them too, also valeo.
