Are they uprated much over S4 ones?

Done around 60K miles, but mine are probably original (94K miles).

A lot stiffer.

To be honest, I wouldn't fit used dampers, especially if they've only done an "alleged" 30,000 less than yours.

The fact the geometery has to be set each time the suspension is disturbed makes it an unviable option.

Had my first drive of an RS4 today. It had standard shocks and it felt really nice.
