fitting porsche or s4 brake calipers

hope someone can help...
i have a 96, 2.6 avant and was thinking of changing the brake callipers to Porsche or s4, could someone tell me what i need and if these callipers fit.

No idea what you would have to do to try and get the 928 brakes on but follow my link on fitting the S$ brakes on which once again will not be straight forward.
