How hard can it be?

I've noticed a bit of oil coming from around the edge of the rocker head cover. Is there a gasket involved there and if so, how ahrd is it to sort it out?
I had a golf GTi mk 3 and they were relevatively easy to work on... am I looking at a whole different world here? or is it something that I could handle with a standard set of tools and a bit of time and patience?

Rocker has a gasket which is quite easy to do.
