A4 B6 turbo - Any good for a B5?

My local breaker has called to say he has a B6 A4 1.8T in. Would the turbo be of any use to me for my B5?

Will it bolt up easy?
Is it worth it?
How much should I offer?

Yes it will its shoudl be a k03s, will be a bit more capable on the right map. They are are £300 brand new so, use that as a guide
