They look stainless but the rest of there stuff is very good so these might be better than the others. I think the argument is still that cast is better but im not sure.

It depends the some cast manifolds are prone to cracking, and are rough as a badgers bum inside which reduces the flow rate and generates excess heat through friction, the stainless one tend to flow better, and get up to temp quicker reducing the cracking possibilities.

swings and round abouts, the cast ones can be smothed inside witha dremell or simillar tool.

if it looks too good to be true.....it probably is.
eBay stainless manifolds have a knack of turning up a lot worse than the picture....

be warned, been there, been stung!

I would just stick with a cast one, I can not see these being much different to the others tbh.

Ill ask them some questions as the FMICs they do i think are very good for what they are.
