just poped up to kwik fit to get my aircon re-gassed and they said the clutch on the compressor was seezed up.

are these expensive to replace??

is it a job i can do on the road side.

cheers

I have a brand new one in a box which i got for my S3 a couple of years back but never fitted it.
I don't know if it'll be the same as yours, but I can't see audi making many different versions of a pully.
I'll dig the part number out if you want to check?

Kwik-Fit wouldn't be my choice for aircon maintenance.

suits me for £25!

im a poor boy, and car has the last in the prioritys! fam 1st round ere im affraid!

Kwik-Fit wouldn't be my choice even to put air in my tyres........
Before you go spending money based on what KF have told you, get a 2nd opinion, it might just save you a few bob...........
