Upgrade front brakes on an A4?

Hi All,

I've tried searching to see if it's already been asked, but think I might not be looking for the right topic. Can you tell me is it fairly easy to do a simple upgrade on Set of discs ( possibly cross drilled?) for front brakes and also a set of braided brake hoses all round? and any suggestions of good place to look for either or both?

Any other suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. have decided to spend a few weeks treating the car to a few improvements etc.
