is leather an option with A4 1.8T?

i was told by someone who i was talking to that leather does not come on the 1.8T and it wasnt even an option in 1998... What is odd is my car has leather. Does anyone know if this is true or not? I think his statement is false.

As far as I know, it was always an option on all models.

If it was not an option then my car is messed up, i have a 99.5 A4 1.8TQ and i have heated leather seats.

i got a 97 with leather
