VNT Turbo rebuild

Hi everyone,
I am thinking of cleaning my turbo, got a problem with sticking variable vanes. Has anyone ever tried this? Are there any intructions for dismantling / assembling kicking around anywhere.

Its a Turbo off my PD115 diesel 2000 model B5 saloon

Any help or comments much appreciated.

there is a chemical cleaner on market designed for this. No need to dismantle it. I will try and get the name for you. It was in audi driver magazine

i have not tried it myself but the vag specialist i use have had some good results on the kits they trialed.
