ARB bush Q

The anti-roll bar bushes on my 96 1.8T Sport are a bit... Well... Knackered.

Was planning to polybush it but there seems to be 3 different sizes of arb.

Anybody know what size I should have?

Where's best to get them?

Is it worth doing? I track my car and have a habit of using my cars hard.

I got the whole set when I went onto coilovers.
wouldn;t get the arbs doen though, the bushes on arbs work on a torsional rigidity which requires some flex. if you put rock hard poly bushes on them you can see significantly more wear as the pick up grime, grit and act as a abrasive disc.

would definitely fit them to all arms and suspension joints
