Since chipping creates higher compression ratios, i was wondering if the 1.8t was built to handle this? Has anyone ever had any problems with the rod, bearings, crankshaft, or seen the pistons getting hammered to the pins? Also, have you had any problems keeping the cylinder head sealed to the block? Thanx.
