Yeah I have the GFB twin port one. Have run it loads of different ways.

I was of the impression it ran rich when not resurculating not lean.

How will you be running lean? Surely if the car has meaters air in the system and you let it out to atmo then the ecu will be still putting the same amount of fuel in for the air that was meatered? Then you will be running rich...

I'm only saying that as it was like that on my MR2 as putting a DV on one made it run rich and flame out on gearchanges.

I think you definitely need a DV, not a BOV .... read this link:

And yes - it will definitely run rich as per AndyB's explanation above.

My valve only opens when it is blowing off, and I dont think anything would go in it at the rate the air comes out.
