hey guys i just put in my new crosdrilled brembo rotors and a set of ate pads. i here a nasty scraping sound in the front right at lower speeds and starting out. Is this normal and just part of the break in phase? Or is there a problem?
No the braking and handling of the car feel fine, someone told me it might be because they are cadnium plated. The noise has gotten less since last night.
It was the blasted backing plates, I put about 80 miles on too dammit. I took off the wheel today and found it, one part of the backing plate had a silver line from all the scraping, but the inside of the rotor looks okay maybe a litte scrape mark towards the top lip. got to be carefull with those things
