Lower rear bumper removal.

Need to change the lower section of my rear bumper and replace it with one that hasn't been butchered to fit a tow bar!!!.

Anyone got any tips or advice for removing it......oh and does anyone want a A4 B5 1998 detatchable towbar for free?

Quite easy to do mate, just don't be too heavy handed with it.
