Wanted bumper brackets

I've bought onme off these cheap RS4 Replica bumpers and had it sprayed up etc looks good. The only problem is it has no brackets on the back off the bumper to fit it does anyone know if there's any where to get them from? Cheers forrie:weight_lift2:

There are some how 2s on these you need to take the old bumper apart and fix the impact bar to the new bumpers etc should be done before they are painted as somtimes you need to screw through them.

You should have posted up first that you wanted to fit as it's alway best to fit it up first because you will find the bumper will need trimming messing up all your new paint.


You need to remove the bar and remount it on the car the line up the new bumper and see if it lines up right to the car making fitting for the side of the bumper to mount.

If you are going to use the jet covers cut them now and make sure they fit right.

One you are happy with the fit you will have to bond the bumper to the iron on the car this way you will be able to line in up before the bonding glue goes off (use tape to hold it all in place).

Leave over night so you get a good bond then you should be able to bolt off like a normal bumper.

Another little tip once you are done is to use expanding foam around the bar to give the bumper a solid feel and then trim off the excess once the foam goes off with a knife.

Similar setup to my back bumper.
