I Think I'll be going for Rotors or Nitrac when I Change my discs on the S4.

    They sound familiar.

They are very good brakes, they are not crossed drilled as they can weaken some disks, the ebc ones are very nice and they are zinc coated so the edges wont ever show any rust.

It all depends on your budget ECS do some very nice brake upgrades.

Nitrac Are Very Highly Rated, And they have just quoted me £392.49 for Front and Rear Black Phosphate coated Cross Drilled discs.

Or Just £232.57 for Just fronts.

Think I'll Be going down this route

True...they'll invariably crack if you use them hard.
Best stick to drooved, or grooved and dimpled.

Oh yes they do...they look pretty for a few weks...then they rust.
Same with Black Diamond's black phosphate coating...it rusts too.

    I've tried both...and they've both rusted.
Who cares though? It's a brake disc...
