I have spent the last couple of months renovating a house.

One weekend, it was broken into. Guess what was stolen? That's right, the oven, gas hob and extractor fan.

The thief, idiot that he is, pushed the stolen property past my brother in law in a wheel barrow ( also stolen, but from someone elses house ).

He lives next door to the police station...

When the police called around his house, my stuff was outside his back door. he said he had not been out all weekend as he was ill. Someone must have put the stuff threre. He is pleading not guilty!!!

I still think the Arab states had it right when they used to cut theives' hands off - feckers won't do it again! Only problem is, claims for disability benefits will go up amd we'll end up paying for them to survive in other ways. Light fingered barstewards.

Actually, I've had a thought - use them as crash test dummies!!
