crackling noise

I got a crackling noise sounds like its coming from exhaust, can be felt under arm rest, only happens after heavy rain and there is alot of water on roads, anyone had anything similar?

Have you checked to see if anything is loose by or on the exhaust/muffler. i'm not quite sure what it could be but you will want to take it into the dreaded dealership and see what they say
