Fog light bulb replacement

Woop. One of my foglights has gone pop

Does anyone know what type of bulb I need to purchase to replace it?

Also, how does one remove the foglight? I've heard it just kind of pulls out but I dont want to attempt yanking it off if there's a better way!

Well I found out they do indeed just pull out, then theres 3 screws that come off and it just pops out. replaced them with the halfords H7 "off road use only" uber bright white/blue ones which seem alright
