Has anyone retro fitted Navigation Plus into a B5 S4 2000 year?
I am looking at some complete units on a certain interenet auction site but need to convert my dash to a double din unit and also change all the switches and climate control unit i think.

Just wondered if anyone has done this or if anyone knows of anybody out there who carries out these conversions.

switches should be ok, it's the climate that will need changing. do you have the revolving cigar lighter, if not then you can add ashtray to your list

Sorry, never done a B5 dash conversion.

If you have a face lift car it should be quite easy ish it the old to new thats the problem.

You will need a unit out of an A6 or if you can find one a B5 S4/RS4 I think you may need some loom bits but checkout the link it may help.

Hi, have a look in the tech section on Audiworld.com, I think there is an detailed article in there from someone who has fitted rns-e into a b5.
