Chipping a 2.8 30v

I'm not looking for opinions here, I already know most of you think it's not worth the money. But, has anyone had their 2.8 30v chipped or remapped?

Was it worth it?

Where was it done?

How much was it?

I was thinking of getting mine done but i am not sure if its worth it or not either. The cheapest company i found that do it is superchips which off the top of my head was £270 ex vat but don't quote me on that. Mix reviews about them but their price next to £500 that amd charge doeboy had his chipped and said it improved the throttle response and made it smoother. might improve mpg aswell.

yes, chippeduk did mine for £250 i could feel the difference. Well worth the money IMHO. Although i wouldn't pay £450 for it like most are charging. Jayson estimated an increase of around 18bhp.
