18's and How Low To Go On A TDI

hi guys

pretty much the subject whats the lowest or recomended height to go on a tdi - and is it ok with 18's ?

anyone done it

I have fitted a set of 40mm GSF branded lowering springs to my TDi, and they dropped the front quite a bit, probably due to the extra weight of the 1.9 engine. It depends whether you want to sacrifice ride comfort for looks or vice versa, personally, i would stick with the 40mm drop to retain some ride comfort:thumbsup:

You can go pretty low with 18's, trust me
