how to change foglights bulbs???

i just picked up a pair of PIAA plasma spark blue 7500K H7 bulbs for my fogs and high beams. well the high beams went in rather easy but without a manual i am unsure of what is the best way to change the fogs bulbs out. anyone out there with a bentleys manual care to help me sort this out.

thanks. I figured it out last night. i found a manual for an a4 and figured it wouldnt be that different and just yanked like hell on it and it came off. btw, i highly recommend these bulbs although they are a bit pricey @ 100 a pair. they really do complement the xenons and match quite well. They have enough bluish tint to match the low beams but not too blue to get me pulled over.
