96 t sport rear bumper

my car came with a tow bar on it and im looking to remove it, thank fully the last owner left me the original bumnper mounts.

when i remove it i will have a slot left in the grey trim under the bumper where the tow bar was. can this bit of trim be replaced with out replacing the whole bumper? if so is it ewasy to take off? and does anybody happen to know the part number?

It can be removed without taking the bumper off, but is easier to remove the bumper, bumper is only 4 bolts anyway and can be removed in 5 minutes.
