Yes, it is. A turbo charged car needs an intercooler to keep the turbocharger cool and at an efficient operating level. The intercooler is located in front of the driver's side front wheel and looks a little like a small silver radiator. Simply put, (correct me if i'm wrong guys) it's like a little radiator just for your turbocharger.
