Suspension and brakes on V6

Just bought a 2.4 V6 1999, really like the engine but would like to improve brakes, suspension.
Wheels and tyres are original 15in 195/65 so not sure how much they affect the ride.
The brakes are ok at slower speeds but seem vague at higher speeds.
Suspension, about the same as the brakes.

Brakes - A8 314 mm discs and TT caliper carriers - costs about £200 for all the parts. You won't be dissapointed.

For the suspension you'll be wanting the OEM sport setup, the difference is night and day.

I assume 314mm discs will require more than 15" rims,
Forgive my ignorance but "OEM"?
