    factors say 174 pounds for maf

    , i went to clean mine today and subsequently snapped one of the prongs of the sensor, clumsy f***er, \nyway i tried a motor factors for a new one and they reckon 174 p vat for one,any one know of any online sites that sell them, ive found one site that sells them , it says its for the b5 1.8 turbo 95 to 00 but the part no is slightly different to mine will it be ok

    oh the site is called www.airflowmeters.co.uk and also am i safe driving the car with the maff not connected for a while until i source another

    I think they are only around 75 at a main dealers (exchange).

    All you need is the probe. I got a new one for my old a4 ages ago for only £40 from GSF. It wasn't a bosch one though, it was a peirburg unit.

    I've got a brand new one sitting here, thats no use to me, cos mine is an early turbo.
