"I got a discount card as part of the pack when joining the VW Cabrio Owners Club a few years ago, it just gives 10% off all purchases before VAT at all GSF branches......
They aren't too hot about asking for the card though, I don't know the staff personally in my local branch of GSF but as I've got a Beetle,Karmann Ghia and the A4 am probably in there at least once a month buying something so they know me by sight now!
I had a good chat with the (then) branch manager of my local GSF shop a year or two ago and he said that all regular customers would get the 10% as a courtesy, so if you can't get hold of an 'official' GSF discount card the best bet is probably to make yourself known at your local branch as a bit of an enthusiast, be polite, and hopefully get your 10% off,LOL."
