Cheers,

Ste.

halfrauds said could try them and if wrong get a refund, just fitted them, they are the lucas type.

Tell me about it! Ive just renewed mine and it took two of us and a vice to get it back!
What did your discs cost you at Halfords?
I had to get mine at an Audi garage for £80 the pair

I didnt change the discs, if it wasnt just before xmas i would have done but i just needed the car up and running fast!

i normaly get stuff like that from www.buypartsby.com the rear discs for mine are £12.15 + vat each from there, pads are £11.43 + vat for the set. I just couldnt wait for delivery, its usually really fast though, i have had drilled and grooved discs of them for my old escort RS for £50, halfrauds pads cost £21.99.

Dunno about buypartsby, but I always go to GSF (German Swedish French), you can mail order or they have loads of branches around the country. The blokes at my local branch are knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are good. Can't fault them really! Sadly I don't know what type of brakes are fitted to your car, but I reckon GSF would tell you how to tell the difference.
