S4 Revo remap and MAF

Hi just wondering how do you know if the air flow meter has gone? My S4 has a Revo chip fitted and on high boost used to be fairly wick but seems a bit tame now and there's doesn't seem to be any difference between standard boost and high boost

hi, they tend to tail off gradually, quicker if you have an 'oiled' k+n type filter. so you dont always notice til it gets really knackererd! i just risked it and bought a new one and it instantly made a difference, they're about £75 exc. and easy to fit.

Make a huge difference. Link up VAG-Com take it for a drive and monitor the MAF readings. 210 is a standard car and 250+ is for a chipped car. Mine with 30k on the clock and standard filter my MAF was under reading nearly 20%!! They just degrade with time. Get it replaced

Aye, just about to replace my MAF sensor as a matter of course too

See if I can improve the consumption average of 20.4 MPG LOL!!
