Rear tail lights

Hi, I have a '96 A4 T Sport, which has the original light lenses (naff orange, small reversing lamp in centre), I want to change these to the later style (97 onwards). Is this possible, and is it a tricky job? Also, any ideas where I can get cheap tail lenses from????

I would suggest Excersion a PM, he's done this mod along with many more on his A4.
